A lot of technology products look impressive in reviews but become unnecessary after a few weeks.
I am curious what purchases people here have made recently that actually improved their daily workflow.
Could be anything:
- laptop;
- monitor;
- smartphone;
- mechanical keyboard;
- home server;
- NAS;
- hardware wallet;
- headphones;
- networking equipment;
- smart-home hardware.
For me, the interesting criterion is not necessarily price or specifications, but whether you still use the product regularly several months later.
There is also a big difference between something that is technically impressive and something that genuinely saves time.

A good pair of noise-cancelling headphones was absolutely worth it for me. I use them almost every day for work, travel and just focusing without distractions.
