A lot of technology products look impressive in reviews but become unnecessary after a few weeks.
I am curious what purchases people here have made recently that actually improved their daily workflow.
Could be anything:
- laptop;
- monitor;
- smartphone;
- mechanical keyboard;
- home server;
- NAS;
- hardware wallet;
- headphones;
- networking equipment;
- smart-home hardware.
For me, the interesting criterion is not necessarily price or specifications, but whether you still use the product regularly several months later.
There is also a big difference between something that is technically impressive and something that genuinely saves time.
What was your best tech purchase during the last year?
And on the opposite side, what expensive device turned out to be completely unnecessary?
