Is Ethereum actually deflationary right now?

Since EIP-1559 burns base fees and the Merge cut issuance, ETH can flip deflationary when usage spikes... but is it there today?
What gwei level do you consider the "deflation flip" (mid-teens+)?
Has L2 migration lowered L1 burn enough to keep supply slightly inflationary most weeks?
Anyone tracking good dashboards (ultrasound.money, others) with recent charts—what do they show over the last 30–90 days?
If ETH is only periodically deflationary, does that still matter for the long-term thesis, or is it just a nice bonus?
