I've mostly traded ETH/BSC memes and want to jump into Solana. Can someone share a clear flow?

   •   Best place to buy: Jupiter aggregator or Raydium directly?
   •   How do you verify the correct token (Birdeye / Solscan / RugCheck) to avoid fakes?

My plan so far: buy SOL on CEX → withdraw to Phantom → swap via Jupiter → confirm contract on Birdeye/Solscan.
